Quentin Langley is a journalist and PR professional with international practitioner experience and a strong record in team building, coaching, and mentoring. He is working at the interface of academia and business, especially with regard to research into social media and crisis management.

Chair of the Global Affairs Taskforce within the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Mr. Langley is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and the author of Business and the Culture of Ethics (2020), Brandjack: How Your Reputation Is at Risk from Brand Pirates and What to Do About It (2014), and Key Concepts in Public Relations (2009).

Mr. Langley provides consulting and training services and teaches at the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University, drawing on decades of business experience. Prior to moving into academia and joining C4CS, LLC, he served as Global Head of Public Relations at Knight Frank and as a member of the Global Media Relations team at Shell International.
